Since opening in March 2016, Celtic Whiskey Bar & Larder has been home to Ireland's largest whiskey collection, with over 1600 whiskeys from Ireland and beyond; as well as a range of over 60 Irish craft gins, an extensive — and directly sourced — wine list and an ever growing growing range of craft beer. Bespoke cocktails also take pride of place, each individually designed by our resident mixologists. An eclectic range is on offer, but Irish whiskey takes centre-stage, as does local, seasonal Irish cuisine.

Our ethos  here at the bar, extends beyond a ‘grá’ for Irish craft drinks but to also serve the very best of local organic Irish produce where possible, in our bistro-style restaurant (serving food Wednesday-Sunday).
 
Our in-house whiskey specialists, led by Celtic Whiskey Bar’s, General Manager Sasha Dokic,  have a wealth of knowledge and guide visitors through various whiskey offerings 7 days a week. From whiskey masterclasses to flights, online virtual tastings over Zoom, visitors and whiskey enthusiasts can taste a wide selection and even blend their own Irish whiskey or pair their drams with a selection of Farmhouse cheese and Artisan chocolates.
 
There is also an off sales selection with an international shipping service at Celtic Whiskey Bar & Larder, enabling you to purchase your favourite bottles and ship them home. Our award-winning Cill Áirne Cask whiskey is exclusive to our bar, making it the perfect gift or souvenir.
