Created using a combination of American oak casks from Kentucky and French oak Cognac casks from Allary Cooperage in France. Notes of sweet vanilla, pressed grapes and citrus zest. Lingering spices on the finish.

A superb single malt from Walsh Whiskey. This has been matured in Oloroso Sherry casks which have added some richness and depth as well as a slightly reddish tinge. A contender for one of our favourite new releases in 2016.
