Knockmealdowns whiskey honours the Knockmealdown mountain range, which straddles the border between County Tipperary and Waterford. The highest peak, the Knockmealdown, stands at 2,605 feet and looks down from the south over the plain of land on which Ballindoney farm lies.

Tyrconnell is the name given to Kilbeggan Distilling Company's unpeated single malt whiskey. This is the standard bottling which is aged for nearly 8 years but will typically have some older whiskey included in the vatting. The name Tyrconnell comes from a racehorse that famously won at odd of 100-1 and this brand was originally made at Watts distillery in Derry before disappearing for many decades. The Cooley Distillery (now Kilbeggan Distilling Company) resurected the brand and it has since gone on to become very popular as an inexpensive single malt. This is a vibrant and fresh tasting single malt with the exuberance of youthful apple and pear fruit combined with some creamy vanilla and gently spicy oak.

A 17 Year Old double distilled single malt which was distilled at the Cooley Distillery in 2002 and bottled by W.D. O'Connell Whiskey Merchants. Limited to 370 bottles and was initially matured for seventeen years in first fill bourbon barrels before being finished for six months in Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks. Well-rounded flavours of red berry coulis, light spice and some oak tannins.

A triple distilled peated single malt that is limited to 306 bottles and was distilled by the Great Northern Distillery. Delicious flavours on the palate of crumbled biscuits, sweet banana bread, lightly smoked malt and a touch of bergamot.
