Initially matured in traditional bourbon & sherry casks for a period of 9-12 years. It is then finished for one extra year in first fill sherry butts which have been seasoned with oloroso sherry from the prestigious Bodegas Lustau in Jerez, Spain.

Distilled and matured by the Great Wagon Road Distilling Co. in Charlotte, North Carolina. This single malt has been matured in highly charred new American oak barrels. Rua means red in Irish and one look at the colour of the liquid will give you the reason for the name.

Bottled by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society, the Irish Danger Juice is a 15 Year Old whiskey from the Bushmills Distillery. The liquid was distilled on 22nd May 2002 and aged in a first fill ex-Bourbon cask. 198 bottles available. Quite woody initially with pencil shavings and caraway, which move onto chocolate digestives and earthier notes of hay. Very warming.

Named after Ireland's oldest bar in Athlone. This whiskey is very approachable and has flavours of caramel, pears, vanilla and oak.

Named after the sea maidens, or Silkies, who legend says used to inhabit the shorelines of Donegal. This is the first whiskey release from the sliabh liag distillery, although it is made from whiskey sourced elsewhere.
