A triple distilled single pot still with a mash bill of malted Irish barley, un-malted Irish barley and Irish Barra oats matured in a combination of Kentucky bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry casks. This limited edition contains whiskey from the first ever cask distilled at the Shed Distillery in Leitrim on 21st December 2014 and has incredible rich flavours of pot spice, dried fruits and figgy pudding.

The Dunvilles 18 Year Old Port Mourant Rum Finish was initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before being finished in eight specially selected casks from the lost Port Mourant Estate Distillery in Guyana which previously held incredibly rare 41 year old Demerara Rum. Very rich and oily on the mouthfeel with notes of sticky orange marmalade, treacle, dark muscovado sugar and warming spices.
