Another addition to our Celtic Cask range - Celtic Cask Fiche. This double distilled malt has been matured in a 2nd fill Bourbon cask for 23 years. Part of this cask was then re-casked in a specially commissioned 53 litre Oloroso sherry cask for over 2 years. Very limited at just 70 bottles!

Celtic Cask Fiche a Cuig was triple distilled at the Great Northern Distillery using heavily plated malt of 55PPM. It was matured in a 53 litre refill Pedro Ximenez sherry cask. Smoky and rich with notes of wood smoke, old leather boots, raisins and dried figs.

Celtic Cask Fiche a Dó was double distilled & initially matured in a 1st fill bourbon cask for 14 years. It was then re-casked in a red Burgundy cask from Domaine Mongeard-Mugneret for a period of over 2 years. Domaine Mongeard Mugneret is one of the Burgundy region's best estates.

Celtic Cask Fiche a Hocht was double distilled at the Cooley distillery & first matured in fresh Bourbon barrels for 14 years. It was then re-casked in a red Burgundy cask from Domaine Mongered-Mugneret for over 3 years. Soft and silky with a little wood smoke. Charred pineapple, orange zest, lemon meringue.

Celtic Cask Fiche a Naoi was double distilled at the Cooley distillery and first matured in fresh bourbon barrels for 19 years. It was then recessed in a red wine barrel from the Mallorcan winery Anima Negra. AN is one of Spain's finest wines. Full-bodied in a sweet, fruity and spicy style. Flavours of red fruits, mace and nutmeg.

Double distilled at the Cooley distillery and matured in Bourbon barrels for 18 years. Part of this cask was then re-casked in a specially commissioned 125 litre Oloroso Sherry cask for 1 year. Syrupy, silky and fruity. Flavours of lemon meringue, orange, pears, apples, pineapple and allspice.

Celtic Cask Naoi Deag is our nineteenth special release in our line of exclusive whiskeys. This time we sourced a double distilled malt that had been matured in an ex-Bourbon cask for 23 years. Part of this cask was then re-casked in a 50 litre Vin Santo Caratelli from Altesino for over 2 years. Altesino is one of the finest wineries in Italy. Only 59 bottles were produced.

A real treat that is surprisingly good for a blend without an age statement. Some ageing of the component grain and malts has been done in Mizunara (Japanese) oak casks. These have added a touch of spice and exotic notes. Well worth trying!

A soft and smooth blended Irish whiskey, great for mixing or serving with ice. Clontarf Classic Blend used to be known as Clontarf Black Label and was a Single Grain Whiskey. These days its a blended whiskey from a distillery in Cork and aged only in bourbon casks.
