An 11-year-old single malt that celebrates the 1916 Easter Rising, which precipitated Irish independence from the United Kingdom. The whiskey was matured in bourbon barrels and there were, significantly, 1,916 bottles produced.

Peter Lavery is a former bus driver who landed the British Lottery in 1996 and went about building a whiskey empire. The brand is named after the passenger ship that struck an iceberg and sank on the the way from Cobh in Cork to America in 1912. Over 1,500 people lost their lives. Lavery has also invested some of his growing fortune in the Crumlin Road Gaol, a Victorian era prison that housed paramilitary prisoners during the Troubles. He's turning it into a distillery. This whiskey is a bourbon-matured blend launched in 2013 and successfully made it to dry land.

This is another bourbon cask matured whiskey distilled in Riverstown, Co Louth. Because of the supply contract with Cooley, it is being replaced with a four-year-old version.
